📦 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories or international locations at this time.

🚚 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been dispatched.

We offer standard shipping on all orders.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. You can also contact our support team if you need assistance with tracking.

🧾 Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Asiamays is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • Delivery delays due to carrier issues, natural events, or force majeure.

If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team for help.

❌ Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • We will contact you to confirm your address.

  • You may choose to receive a refund (minus any shipping charges) or have the item reshipped (additional shipping fees may apply).
